The Facing Ceramic for Zircon Frames

This low fusing layering material has been developed particularly for facing and characterisation of crowns and bridges made of zircon-dioxide. The materials show high-grade aesthetics and ensure simple and safe application. Due to the very high chemical resistance, INSPIRATIONzirkon is captivating with its outstanding bio-compatibility.

INSPIRATIONzirkon gives dental technicians the crucial advantage that layering does not require rethinking. In many ways the method is similar to the scheme of conventional metal ceramics (for example INSPIRATION). Furthermore, it features with its high CTE stability. Even after several firing cycles safe processing is assured.

INSPIRATIONzirkon convinces by:

• High CTE stability ensures a safe workout even after several firing cycles
• The innovative, fluorescent and translucent Chroma Shade guarantees safe blending between frame and facing material
• Very little shrinkage and advantageous handling qualities
• Conveniently soft and can be easily handled, grinded or polished

• Individual design due to a wide range of ceramic masses according to the VITA-colour and special masses
• Firing-stable margin masses and “real” thermal stable opal masses
