Refining

State-of-the-art processes and technology enable us to keep the cost of refining your precious metal scrap as low as possible. After being melted down in our laboratory, the material is analysed to determine the gold, silver, platinum or palladium content in accordance with your instructions. Once settlement has been arranged, the material is passed on to our refinery where the precious metal content is recovered.

Settlement

The precious metal recovered can be credited to your precious metal account, which we operate for you at no charge, or we can pay you the equivalent value in currency.

You can contact our precious metal trading staff at any time to find out the current precious metal prices. This enables you to decide for yourself when to sell us your precious metal.

Payment on account

If you send us more than 500 g of waste material for recycling, we can make you an interim payment on account as soon as we take delivery.
