Electrolytic recovery of precious metals

This system is eminently suitable for the recovery of medium and high precious metal concentrations in rinses, spent electroplating baths and stripper solutions.
Up to 1500 g of gold can be deposited on the three special cathodes in the unit’s electrolytic cell.
These high deposition rates are due to the highly efficient current flow in the recovery cell and to Heimerle + Meule’s special cathodes. These features ensure that even low precious metal concentrations can recovered almost to the last milligram.
The components of the ELECTROCLAIM unit – rectifier, pump and recovery cell – fit neatly into the compact housing, and the instruments and switches are ergonomically arranged on the console.
Thanks to its selfsuction pump and the easily removable special cathodes, ELECTROCLAIM is particularly user-friendly.
The subsequent recovery of the pure precious metal from the special cathodes is carried out professionally and economically at our own refinery.
